Hi, I’m Suzanne, I have been working at Recreation Road for a long time as a teaching assistant and am now thrilled to be joining Sunflower Club. I have a rescue dog called Daphne and I’m also a stained glass artist in my spare time.

Hi, I’m Lynda, I love spending time with my grandchildren, family & friends. I love nature, walking, reading & socialising.

Daisy – Catering Assistant,

Hi, I’m Daisy, I’m happy to be helping out as the catering assistant for our afterschool club. I help prepare snacks and serve the children their snack tea. Outside of Club, I like cooking at home (my go-to-dish: fried noodles and curry chicken) and spending time with friends and family.

 Ri – Assistant Playworker

Hi, I’m Ri! I’m doing an illustration degree at Norwich University of the Arts, and am a massive animal lover. I’m love seeing the unique creativity of each and every child at Sunflower Club; whether that’s in the arts and crafts they make, how they play, or how they express themselves!

Noah – Supervisor, First Aider

I’m studying animation at Norwich University of the Arts where I would like to learn to make an animated TV series! My hobbies include very frequent cinema trips and drawing. At Club I enjoy teaching the kids new games and puzzles.

Ana – Assistant Playworker, First Aider

Hi, I’m Ana and I’m currently studying Education at UEA. In my spare time, I enjoy learning how to cook new recipes, drawing and taking too many pictures of my cat.

 Ben – Playworker, First Aider

I have been working mainly as a 1 to 1 teaching assistant since 2017, I have a NVQ Level 3 teaching assistant qualification. My main interests are music, going to gigs and the cinema and watching and playing football.

I’m currently studying Biomedicine at UEA and hope to become a biology teacher one day! In my spare time, I enjoy attending concerts, nerdy conventions and working on various artsy projects.

Ellie – Assistant Playworker, First Aider

Hi I’m Ellie, I’m currently studying education at UEA and I am hoping to become a teacher when I get my degree. In my spare time I love spending time with family and going to the theatre to watch musicals. 

Rosa – Assistant Playworker

Hi, I’m Rosa. I’m a Speech and Language Therapy student at UEA and I enjoy music and dancing, particularly tap dancing. I began working at Sunflower Club in November 2023 and it brings me so much joy to see the children excelling at the club every week!
