Bookings Playscheme
Please contact us to check availability of the dates your require. We will then require you to confirm your booking by sending a cheque payable to Sunflower Club for the dates you require, together with your completed Playscheme Registration Form and any signed consent forms. You can also pay by Childcare Vouchers.
