Breakfast Club
We have places for up to 24 children in each session. Children can arrive anytime after 8am and will be escorted to their classrooms at 8:50am. A healthy breakfast is offered from 8am to 8:30am. This may include choice of cereals, toast and spreads and fresh fruit and fruit juice. Advance booking for all breakfast club sessions is essential.
After School Club
We have places for up to 50 children in each session. Sunflower staff will collect your children from their classroom and bring them through to club. We have a friendly, relaxed and fun atmosphere where the children to play and make friends. The children are offered a drink and piece of fruit and biscuit when they arrive and we offer a snack tea available from 4:15pm to 5:15pm. Children start the session on the carpet for registration. Unless the weather is very poor all children are encouraged to play outside for a while. Children will then have the choice of playing inside with a varied range of toys, games and activities, participating in craft at the craft table or remaining outside to play. We offer chill out time from 4:30/5pm with a video for a maximum of 40 minutes. Team games are offered at 5:30pm.
Holidays and Inset Days
We will open the Club during the school holidays and cover the teacher training days provided that there is sufficient demand from the parents at the school.
Our opening times during the school holidays and teacher training days are normally 8am to 6pm.
